Coach and mentor Field Clinicians.Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures.Utilize the agency's clinical software solution to plan, coordinate, and deliver patient care.Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.Qualifications:Clinical Manager QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher, preferred, in nursing with current licensure to practice nursing in the state of agency operationMinimum three (3) years' experience, within the last five (5) years, in a home health agency with at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative role; Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferredMust possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical roleMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with the state and/or organization requirements and is good working orderPosted Salary Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.by Jobble
