Job Description:
Job Description: The Corporate Services team is dedicated to
customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and
clients with an exceptional overall experience from the moment they
enter a Dimensional building. This position will provide support to
the Corporate Services department through the day-to-day meeting
management, building operations, and global collaboration. DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain office floorplan and occupancy documents
daily Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistent and
standard operating procedures Manage Associate level employees to
include Reception and Associates Maintain and audit parking
validation logs Manage rideshare program Coordinate office moves
Coordinate and correspond with Technology and visiting employees
for desk placements Complete weekly floor walks Correspond with new
employees to share building information Prepare and distribute
weekly events and visitor email to Austin Employees Liaise with
building maintenance staff and Dimensional Property Management team
to track and resolve maintenance concerns Interact with and
maintain strong relationships with vendors Review invoices and
troubleshoot errors Issue and track building access, office keys,
and parking cards Complete quarterly art collection check Act as
the head floor warden for life safety and emergency response
programs Special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's
degree Experience in the Hospitality Management industry Three plus
years of office administration and management experience Excellent
verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Detail
oriented and organized with excellent customer service skills Able
to work equally well in a team environment and independently
Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and
meeting deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed Dimensional
