Sr. Regulatory Reporting AnalystThe Sr. Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all company entities meet the regulatory reporting requirements, guidelines and strict deadlines in all states in which they operate. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Director of Compliance Operations and must be well-versed in industry regulations and enjoy conducting research on a wide range of compliance-related subjects.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit complex filings such as data calls, state forms, product forms, and market conduct exams to various government agenciesResearch and interpret regulatory filing requirements for all states in which all company entities conduct businessExamine statues and insurance code to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsCollect and analyze financial data to be reported to state regulatorsPrepare, complete, and update documentation to be filed in a timely mannerAdhere to Operations Regulatory Reporting departmental standards, policies and proceduresRecommend procedural changes/process improvement opportunities to streamline filing processCommunicate via phone and email with state regulators and business partners regarding compliance issues and filingsOnboard new programs for all company entitiesSupport Director of Compliance Operations and other team members with various ad hoc projects and reportsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred5+ years of insurance, regulatory compliance experience requiredHighly analytical, attention to detail to ensure accurate informationAbility to multi-task at a high level and meet strict deadlinesAbility to work independently and communicate findings with other team membersEffective communicator with multiple parties including internal employees, regulatory agencies, and senior managementAdvanced user in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and SirconPIfdc9b7d57447-25660-36997208
