BGSF is seeking a skilled and certified Apartment Maintenance Technician ready to jump into a fast-paced property environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and keeping communities running smoothly, this role is for you. Job Responsibilities Perform general maintenance, repairs, and service requests for apartment homes Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs Prepare units for move-ins through make-ready tasks Maintain a safe and clean work environment across the property Required Qualifications EPA Type II or Universal certification required Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience Ability to work independently and manage daily workload Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Reliable transportation and ability to work M–F, 8–5 Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPEM2 BGEM BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
