Job Description Job Description The Senior Estimator is responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects. Additionally, this position will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. This role is critical in helping to ensure the success of our construction projects by helping to ensure that our bids are competitive and profitable. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field 10 years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of success Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Experience with estimating software, such as Bluebeam, Agtek or Heavy Bid. Experience with BIM software, such as Revit or Navisworks Professional certification, such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Experience working on large-scale construction projects Responsibilities: Lead and manage the estimating team, ensuring that all estimates are accurate and timely Oversee the entire estimating process, from initial bid to final proposal Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors Ensure that all estimates are completed within budget and on time Provide guidance and support to the project management team throughout the construction process
