Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a
leave contract serving elementary students from kindergarten
through 4th grade. This position is located in Lansing, MI, within
the Ingham Intermediate School District. The contract runs from
August 17, 2026, through November 20, 2026, providing a structured
and supportive environment to apply specialized skills in
school-based speech-language pathology. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-4 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on
student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to
support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and
progress reports in accordance with district policies Participate
in team meetings and evaluations as required Qualifications: Active
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Michigan
Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in
elementary settings No Clinical Fellowship experience (SLP-CF)
candidates will be considered Strong communication and teamwork
skills Location: Lansing, Michigan Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours
per week Duration: Leave contract from August 17, 2026, to November
