In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of cutting-edge solar energy systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to renewable energy while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Help us make a difference by contributing to sustainable energy solutions Key Responsibilities: Install solar panels and related components according to project designs and safety guidelines. Conduct assessments of installation sites to determine the best layout and design for solar systems. Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations. Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems as needed. Adhere to all safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues to the supervision. Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the installation process. Requirements Previous experience as a solar installer or similar role in the construction field. Familiarity with solar PV systems and electrical components. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of safety practices. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights. Willingness to travel to various job sites as assigned. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
