RPLS in Austin, TX. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead,

our client's Houston survey operations, you’ll have the autonomy to
shape the future of the practice, challenge conventional
approaches, and build something exceptional. Key Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership: Build and scale the Texas survey team.
Recruit, train, and mentor field crews while setting a
high-performance standard Project Management: Oversee the full
project lifecycle—from fieldwork and technical approvals to
budgeting and invoicing Technical Oversight: Lead complex,
multi-disciplinary surveys (ALTA/NSPS, boundary, control) and
ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
Quality Assurance: Serve as the final reviewer for all
deliverables, maintaining rigorous quality control and consistency
Qualifications: Licensure: Texas RPLS certification required, or
LSIT with the ability to obtain licensure promptly Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional land surveying experience
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with GPS, robotic total stations,
and modern survey software. Familiarity with Trimble Access/TBC or
AutoCAD is a strong advantage Field Readiness: Valid driver’s
license required for site visits and field operations
