Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our -Property Management Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing and managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all properties are rented out to qualified tenants in a timely manner and that tenants receive excellent customer service. The Licensed Property Management Leasing Agent will be licensed to perform property management and leasing activities in accordance with state laws and regulations.

We are looking for a professional with 1+ years of experience in the property management field. Must have a Texas real estate license.

Salary is dependent on talent and experience, this may be negotiable!

Responsibilities:
--- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available properties, scheduling property showings, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements
--- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and property information
--- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenants are complying with lease terms
--- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
--- Ensure that all rent and security deposits are collected and deposited in a timely manner
--- Assist in the eviction process when necessary, working with legal counsel as needed
--- Stay current on local and state laws and regulations related to property management and leasing activities, ensuring compliance at all times

Qualifications:
--- Valid Texas Real Estate license required
--- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management and leasing
--- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
