You will ensure the highest quality of therapy services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and foster an engaging and positive clinic culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and team performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support therapists and staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
  • Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients, specializing in PT, OT, or SLP interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines to uphold high clinical standards.Requirements:
    • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
    • License: Active or eligible PT, OT, or SLP license in Texas.
    • Experience:
      • Leadership experience preferred but not required-experienced clinicians ready to step into leadership are welcome!
      • Strong passion for pediatrics and a desire to make a lasting impact on children's lives.
