All Medical Personnel - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Manchaca, Texas.

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with backgrounds in skilled nursing or long-term care . Ideal candidates will be attentive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality care to a unique and rewarding population.
Provide direct medical care and attend to resident health needs
Prepare for and assist with physician visits
Implement and document physician's orders accurately
Maintain up-to-date medical records and medication charts
Perform monthly health and hygiene checks
Communicate with resident families and designated representatives regarding health status
Valid RN license in the state of Texas
-1+ year experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a plus
