Flexibility and adaptability are key. Responsibilities: • Deliver home health physical therapy services • Complete daily documentation Requirements: • Valid PT License • BLS Certification • 2 years of field experience • Home Health and OASIS experience • Continuous employment history • Reside within 30 minutes of assigned territory Additional Info: • No on•call • Pre•approved time off • Any color scrubs • Parking TBD • Weekly pay cycle • 2•3 days orientation • Weekly office presence required Candidates must have home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and Homecare Homebase experience, managing 3•7 people.
