Job Description:
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals.

care, allowing our patients to recover and manage various
conditions comfortably within their environments. As part of our
nursing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering
high-quality medical services, guidance, and support to our
patients. Conduct initial patient assessments and create detailed
nursing care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs,
and provide necessary medical treatments. Educate patients and
their families on disease prevention and health management.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other medical
professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Prepare and maintain
accurate patient records and reports. Adapt care plans as necessary
to meet the evolving needs of the patients. Ensure compliance with
all healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in
a home health setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work independently and make informed clinical
decisions. Proficient in using medical software and patient
management systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license
in the state of practice. CPR certified. Preferably certified in
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS).
