Opportunity – Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date:
February 2, 2026 Location: Austin, Texas Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week contract,
12-hour shifts (3:00 PM - 3:00 AM), rotating weekends. No on-call
requirements. Highlights: High-volume emergency department with 48
private rooms, Fast Track, and dedicated behavioral health unit
Manageable patient ratios: 1:4 ED general, 1:5 behavioral health,
1:3 cardiac/trauma EMR system: MEDITECH Diverse case mix including
trauma, cardiac, behavioral health, airway management, and rapid
resuscitation Modern equipment including Alaris pumps, Belmont and
Level 1 rapid infusers, and Stryker stretchers Active unit social
committee and team-focused culture Requirements: Current Texas RN
license or compact state license BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS
certifications required CPI certification preferred Emergency
department experience strongly preferred Trauma experience and
inpatient holding experience a plus MEDITECH EMR experience
