Job Description:
Walmart Inc. seeks a seasoned and diligent Pharmacy Manager to
oversee the daily operations of our high-volume pharmacy
department. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient management
and delivery of exceptional patient care while strengthening the
integration of our healthcare services within the retail
environment. The Pharmacy Manager will lead a team dedicated to
assisting patients understand, manage, and overcome their health
conditions through personalized service and top-quality healthcare
products. Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy department
and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Direct and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and
pharmacy technicians, to achieve excellence in patient service and
operational goals. Develop and enforce policies and procedures that
promote efficient workflow and safe, effective medication
management. Maintain accurate inventory of medications and supplies
to ensure availability and cost control. Implement health and
wellness programs that align with community needs and corporate
goals. Monitor and analyze pharmacy metrics to optimize services
and enhance patient care. Collaborate with healthcare providers,
insurance representatives, and other stakeholders to improve
patient outcomes and satisfaction. Manage budgeting and financial
responsibilities within the department. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in pharmacy information systems and software In-depth
knowledge of pharmacological regulations and guidelines Ability to
handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical

Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of
employment Certification in Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery or
willing to obtain within first 6 months of employment Certification
