applicants Schedule: Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 based on
acuity Highlights: 12-bed Level IV NICU providing the highest level
of neonatal intensive care State-of-the-art unit utilizing maximum
support and advanced technology for critically ill neonates
Variable patient assignments based on clinical acuity, ensuring
appropriate staffing Epic EMR system for comprehensive
documentation and care coordination Opportunity to work in a
facility seeking Level IV NICU designation Requirements: Active
Texas RN license or ability to obtain NICU nursing experience
required Current BLS certification required Experience with Epic
