the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Mother Baby RN in Austin, Texas, 78758! Job Title: RN -
Postpartum Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Post Partum/Mom
Baby Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS,
ACLS, PALS Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be
considered for the role. Description: This is a contract position
for a registered nurse specializing in postpartum care. Shifts will
be from 07:00 to 19:00 with rotating weekends. The position
requires no call. The unit has 24 beds and a staff of 26, including
1 charge nurse and 4 registered nurses during the day. No patient
care technicians are available at night. Patient ratios are
typically 3:1 or 4:1, and may occasionally be 2:1 based on acuity.
The unit uses EMR Meditech and CPN for documentation. Typical
procedures include non-stress tests, hyperemesis management,
insulin drips, magnesium administration, and heparin drips.
Candidates should be teamwork-oriented with strong communication
skills for success in this environment. Scrub color is navy blue.

Experience with labor and delivery or antepartum is preferred. This
