Job Description:

Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team, working either onsite or in a hybrid role. This position involves supporting students with special needs by providing comprehensive psychological services that promote academic and emotional success. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with expertise in psychological assessments, counseling, and creating supportive environments. You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to individual student needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all students achieve their fullest potential through specialized support and interventions. Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational strategies. Develop and implement intervention plans for students with various emotional, academic, and social needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive educational environments. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to review and adjust student plans as needed. Provide crisis intervention and support for students as required. Advocate for student needs and inclusive practices within the school community. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in psychological testing and assessment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create and implement detailed intervention plans. Professionalism in handling sensitive information and situations. Capable of working effectively in both team and independent settings. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license as a School Psychologist. Certified by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) preferred.
