Provide direct and personalized patient care to individuals in the Intermediate Progressive Care Unit. Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications, and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate patient care plans. Participate in educational sessions and workshops designed to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of patients.
