This position involves working in the homes of pediatric patients, providing expert care tailored to individual needs, based on comprehensive assessments and customized treatment plans. Our Occupational Therapists play a crucial role in enabling children to overcome developmental challenges and empower them towards achieving their full potential. Evaluate the functional status and specific needs of pediatric patients to develop appropriate therapy goals. Implement personalized, evidence-based intervention plans. Continuously assess and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed. Actively involve and educate families in the treatment process for better home-based practice. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, as well as organizational policies. Proficient in pediatric occupational therapy techniques and tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual child needs Capable of managing time effectively and making independent clinical decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapist license NBCOT Certification as an Occupational Therapist CPR and BLS Certification
