Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a preeminent provider of in-home healthcare
services, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed
Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team for low acuity day shifts.
This position focuses on providing high-quality nursing care to
patients in their homes, facilitating their recovery and enhancing
their quality of life. This role requires individuals who are
passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients,
providing supportive, patient-centered care with the backing of a
nationally recognized healthcare leader. Provide primary nursing
care to patients with lower acuity needs Monitor vital signs,
administer medications, and update health records Educate patients
and their families on health maintenance and care Implement patient
care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Ensure
the health, comfort, and safety of patients Adhere to all
healthcare regulations and standards Strong clinical skills and
competency in delivering patient care Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a
team Detail-oriented and proficient in time management Knowledge of
basic computer operations and clinical software Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN
license in the state of employment CPR certification Valid driver's
license and reliable personal transportation
