Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,294 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/29/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN CVOR Profession: RN Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent full-time experience as a CVOR circulator License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures. Ability to function independently in a fast-paced surgical environment. Ability to participate in call coverage after normal business hours and weekends. Verifiable references from at least two prior assignments confirming no training was needed. Description: The CVOR service line provides surgical interventions for routine and complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures. Cardiac procedures include coronary artery bypass, valve repair/replacement, aortic dissection, heart transplantation, placement of ventricular assist devices, and may include impella or intra-aortic balloon pump placement as well as adult ECMO. TAVR procedures are also performed in the endovascular OR. Thoracic cases include both laparoscopic, robot-assisted, and open procedures. Vascular procedures range from placement/revision of ESRD grafts/fistulas to endovascular procedures in the endovascular OR. The CVOR service line has the capacity to perform four concurrent procedures requiring cardiopulmonary bypass. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced surgical environment.
