Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN-Dialysis to join our faith-based healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments. Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and manage any immediate health issues that may arise. Administer medications as prescribed by the attending physician and monitor patient reactions. Educate patients and their families on managing their condition and the necessary lifestyle adjustments. Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Assist in the training of new staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Strong clinical skills in a dialysis setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficient in using electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred
