Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: - Shift: 12H Nights - Total Weekly Hours: 36 - Certifications: Current BLS certification required (AHA only), Current ACLS certification required (AHA only), RN License in state of TX or compact - Trauma Level: - Facility Specific Job Notes: Required: /n- Current BLS certification (AHA only)/n- Current ACLS certification (AHA only)/n- RN License in the state of TX or compact/n/nPreferred:/n- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing/n- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty/n/nAdditional Requirements:/n- All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire./n- New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member with competency validated through completion of entry competency validation and a MedSurg specific competency validation./n- All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation. Completion of skills and competency will be achieved with a preceptor at the bedside and documented through the program's tracking software./n- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
