ProgressiveHealth is hiring a regular PRN EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic to join our onsite health team at an H-E-B distribution facility in San Marcos, TX . This isn’t your average medic role, you’ll be part of a fast-moving team focused on emergency response, injury prevention, and keeping employees healthy and safe on the job. Respond to emergency medical situations on-site according to established protocols Provide injury care, medical triage, and escalation to higher-level care as needed Conduct safety checks and report health and safety concerns to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S) team Maintain and inspect emergency medical equipment to ensure functionality and readiness Perform drug screenings and other health surveillance procedures as required Collaborate with medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and occupational health programs Assist in documentation of medical care provided, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support clinical staff with follow-up care Communicate effectively with internal teams and the client about ongoing health initiatives and employee health updates Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies and ensure all equipment is stocked and operational Other duties, as assigned This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
