Job Description:

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist at H2 Health, you will provide specialized speech therapy services to children from infancy through adolescence. Working with a diverse pediatric population, you will address communication and swallowing disorders within our state-of-the-art facilities or through our comprehensive home health services. Our mission is to nourish every child’s ability to communicate effectively by providing individualized treatment plans and engaging with families for optimal developmental support. Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders of pediatric patients through accurate diagnoses and assessments. Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to facilitate effective communication and proper swallowing techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians to provide holistic care. Educate and involve family members or caregivers in the treatment process to enhance the therapy's impact. Keep detailed patient records and regularly update all relevant parties on patient progress. Adhere to all facility, state, and federal privacy and safety regulations for patient care. Proficient in various pediatric assessment tools and techniques Ability to design and administer appropriate therapy programs Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children and families Capable of managing time effectively with strong organizational skills Keen observation skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license in Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
