H2 Health is seeking a skilled and visionary Clinic Director Physical Therapist who will oversee and guide the clinical operations at one of our dynamic rehabilitation centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services and optimizing patient outcomes while managing staff and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and leadership skills to effectively manage our diverse therapy services. Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and high-quality patient care. Manage and train a team of therapists and support staff, ensuring compliance with all professional standards. Monitor patient care for quality and efficacy, adapting plans and treatments as needed. Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Enhance patient and staff satisfaction through effective communication and leadership. Proficient in various physical therapy techniques and modalities Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adept at budget management and resource allocation Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license Board Certification in Physical Therapy CPR certification recommended
