The role provides thought leadership, partnership and strategic direction to the CGI Federal HR leadership teams on initiatives such as talent mobility, HR organizational design, budget management and yearly strategic priorities as well as approaches to communicating HR goals to U.S. and global business leaders.Your future duties and responsibilities: Handles the yearly budget process across Federal HR and Recruiting team. Partners with internal financial analysts to fully understand any variances that arise. Develops Cabinet level presentations and supporting data around various HR topics such as attrition analysis and themes, organizational design planning and progress, and regular HR updates. Leads HR data analytics reporting for the HR team to include monthly reporting on attrition, performance management compliance, member engagement metrics, headcount and demographics as well as ad hoc analysis to evaluate trends and optimally supervise progress toward quarterly targets. Leads global HR projects for the U.S. Federal SBU; Communicates and partners effectively with global leadership team Handles scheduling and content development for HR meetings including quarterly HR All Hands, HR Leadership Team meetings, and other ad hoc meetings as needed. Maintains U.S. HR roadmaps for all cyclical activity as well as critical initiatives with the goal of communicating timeline and results across the HR teams as well as to business leaders Runs internal and external recognition programs (Top Workplaces, Bridge Builder, Service Recognition) Supervises the U.S. HR content development and modernization within the CGI global Intranet platform Leads the U.S. HR department structure development and analysis to ensure our systems contain the accurate information and configurationRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:Bachelors degree plus 5-7 years of experience. In addition: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; able to build presentations and story board metrics. A high degree of personal integrity including the ability to handle critical and confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to run multiple processes and priorities at once, while being flexible in a fast-paced and sometimes driven working environment.
