AdventHealth---Central Texas offers---a flexible---staffing---alternative---for RNs on a temporary basis---for an assignment with a maximum duration of---13 weeks.---Assignments may be extended---per original assignment---terms but---cannot exceed 12---consecutive---months total---at---any---one location/facility.---There is an opportunity to work 10 weeks only right now, discuss with Interviewer.

Includes Emerging Disease pay if eligible (based on patient assignment): Yes

Stipend/ Per Diem: Should you live more than 60 miles from the facility discuss with your Recruiter or the Interviewer.

The role you'll contribute: The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care activities that are developmental and age specific for the population served. The Registered Nurse performs a wide variety of job duties during their shifts; promotes and restores patients' health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, completing the nursing process and the patients' plans of care, providing emotional, physical and spiritual support to the patients and their families and supervising assigned team members. The Registered Nurse is under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and the assigned charge nurses.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

* Registered Nurse License to practice in the state of Texas or a Compact Registered Nurse License from a NCLA Compact State.
* Associate Degree in Nursing.
* Active BLS
* Active ACLS
