Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term healthcare services across Texas, is seeking a dedicated Workforce/Staffing Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we maintain a robust and responsive staffing model that supports our commitment to providing exceptional care and a supportive environment for our elders. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to workforce planning, with a focus on efficient staffing processes, employee engagement, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop and execute staffing strategies to ensure adequate staffing across multiple facilities. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and implement plans. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, focusing on timelines and staffing budgets. Oversee the scheduling of staff in accordance with care requirements and staff availability. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal workforce regulations. Implement staff development and retention programs to maintain a motivated team. Analyze workforce metrics and provide reports on staff performance and staffing trends. Proficiency in workforce management software and tools. Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 401k Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and certifications.
