You have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and multimedia content creation. Your experience includes working with various design tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to identify learning needs and design effective solutions. You thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality. Your ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges sets you apart. You are committed to staying updated with the latest trends in instructional design and continuously seek feedback to enhance the effectiveness of your learning solutions.What You'll Be Doing:Lead the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and multimedia content.Proactively able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and design effective solutions.Utilize various design and development tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia to create engaging and interactive content.Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance data to inform design decisions.Ensure all designs are aligned with Synopsys' brand guidelines and learning objectives.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and program development.Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of learning solutions.The Impact You Will Have:Enhancing the learning experience for our global workforce.Driving innovation in instructional design and e-learning development.Contributing to the professional growth and development of employees.Ensuring that learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Improving the effectiveness and engagement of training programs.Mentoring and developing junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.What You'll Need:Bachelor's in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.6+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related field.Proficiency in design and development tools such as Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.The Team You'll Be A Part Of:You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team focused on creating high-quality learning solutions for Synopsys' global workforce.
