You should be a proficient coder, capable of working across the tech stack and low-level systems. Your passion and experience will contribute to your growth and influence within the team. Independence, teamwork in Agile settings, excellent communication skills, multi-project management, results orientation, and adaptability are essential.Required Experience

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 6 years in software engineering, with 3+ in Agile/DevOps
• 4+ years Python development
• 4+ years Java development
• 4+ years REST API experience
• Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals
• Knowledge of microservices, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems
• Relational and NoSQL database expertise
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiencesDesired Skills
  • Experience with build automation and CI/CD tools like Git, Terraform, Maven, etc.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure is a plus
  • Experience with React, Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools
  • Experience working across time zones in a global team
