We’re looking for talented, passionate developers at all experience
levels to help shape what’s next. We are currently seeking a
Gameplay Programmer (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) to contribute
to upcoming titles built in Unreal Engine 5 . In this role, you’ll
collaborate with technical leadership and cross-disciplinary teams
to implement gameplay systems, optimize performance, and solve
technical challenges. This position may be performed remotely
within the U.S or from our studio located in Austin, TX. What
You’ll Do: Implement Gameplay Features & Tools: Use C++ to build
gameplay systems and tools based on design documentation and team
collaboration. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with
designers, artists, and animators to integrate gameplay mechanics,
assets, and animations smoothly. Debug & Optimize: Identify,
troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues ranging from bugs to
performance concerns. Task Management: Manage your workload
efficiently, communicate progress, and proactively improve
workflows. Grow & Improve: As an associate: Learn from the team,
take ownership of tasks, and grow your technical skillset. At a
Mid-Level: Own features, contribute to system design, and support
teammates. As a Senior: Lead feature development, mentor others,
and contribute to technical direction. Who You Are: We’re open to
candidates at different career stages. Experience expectations
scale by level: Associate Level 1–3 years of professional or
equivalent experience (including internships or shipped indie
projects. Solid foundation in C++ Familiarity with Unreal Engine
Strong desire to learn and grow Mid-Level 3–5 years of professional
game development experience Shipped at least one PC or console
title Strong C++ skills Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 Senior
5 years of professional experience Multiple shipped titles Deep C++
expertise Strong Unreal Engine knowledge Experience leading
features and mentoring teammates All Levels Should Have: Working
knowledge of Unreal Engine systems (Blueprints, AI, animation,
physics, networking) Strong problem-solving skills Passion for
gameplay quality and player experience Adaptability and willingness
to iterate Ability to work independently and collaboratively U.S.
work authorization (no sponsorship required) Bonus XP Multiplayer
gameplay & network replication AI systems and navigation Advanced
animation systems Console development experience (PlayStation,
Xbox, Switch) Computer Science or related degree $60,000-$130,000.
Title level and base pay offered will be based on candidate’s
skills, experience, and other professional considerations.
Additional duties may be assigned. This position may also be
