Job Summary TSC does not sponsor work visas The role of the
Technology Systems Analyst is to support the design,
implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology
solutions. This individual will serve as the primary resource for
advanced, direct end-user technical support on campus, ensuring
smooth and reliable technology services. This exempt-level role
combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a
commitment to excellent customer service. The Technology Systems
Analyst will focus on systems analysis, process improvement, and
technology integration to improve efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities include working with the outsourced help desk to
resolve complex tickets, performing hardware and software repairs
(e.g., Dell/Mac, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365), managing technology
equipment inventory and supplies, and requesting vendor quotes. The
Analyst will also provide guidance to staff, oversee technology
initiatives, ensure compliance with institutional standards, and
support classroom audio-visual (A/V) systems and digital signage.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to
communicate clearly, while working in a fast-paced environment.

continuous improvement. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Systems Analysis & Optimization Assess organizational needs and
translate them into technology solutions that improve efficiency
and security Develop technical specifications, workflows, and
documentation for new and existing systems Evaluate and recommend
enterprise-level hardware, software, and network solutions Run
system diagnostics and performance tests to identify system
inefficiencies Monitor logs and alerts for hardware/software issues
and escalate as needed Apply patches and updates to maintain system
stability and security. Document troubleshooting steps and
resolutions for recurring issues. Assist in capacity planning by
reporting on resource utilization. Technology Implementation &
Integration Lead the deployment and configuration of new systems,
applications, and devices Oversee upgrades, migrations, and
integrations to ensure minimal disruption to operations Develop
automation tools and scripts to streamline IT processes Implement
and manage Power Automate workflows to enhance process automation
and efficiency Support mobile device management ( MDM ) solution
for secure and efficient handling of mobile assets. Provide
structured training and documentation for end-users after major
technology rollout. Audio-Visual & Classroom Technology Install,
configure, and maintain classroom audio-visual systems, including
projectors, smart boards, microphones, and conferencing tools
Provide technical support for instructional technology during
classes, events, and presentations Train faculty and staff on
effective use of AV equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
Provide quick start guides and video tutorials for faculty and
staff to encourage self-service troubleshooting Standardize AV
equipment across classrooms for a consistent user experience and
easier maintenance Implement remote monitoring and management tools
for AV systems to quickly detect and resolve issues. Governance &
Compliance Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best
practices Ensure compliance with security frameworks, data
protection requirements, and institutional guidelines Conduct risk
assessments and recommend mitigation strategies Provide training
and awareness programs to keep staff informed about compliance
requirements Monitor and review system changes to ensure alignment
with institutional guidelines Leadership & Collaboration Provide
mentorship and technical guidance to IT support staff Partner with
cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with
organizational strategy Support change management efforts during
technology rollouts to minimize disruption Communicate technical
concepts in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to
understand Foster collaboration between departments to ensure
smooth technology adoption Lead cross-functional projects to align
technology initiatives with organizational goals Physical Demands
