Job Description Job Description As a Mobile Custodian, you will be an essential part of our team that travels to various retail stores throughout the week to provide top-notch cleaning services. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Role and Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of retail stores. Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakroom, and other common areas. Empty trash and recycling receptacles. Ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of debris. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Ensure proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals. Work effectively as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly. Report any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Be prepared to travel to different retail locations throughout the week. Adapts to different cleaning environments and tasks as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Represent the company in a positive and respectful manner. Other duties as required. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities Required Skills & Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Clean driving record and a valid driver license are required. Ability to travel across multiple locations. Physical Requirements Ability to work in both a climate controlled and non-climate-controlled environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds at times. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning such as walking, standing, bending, lifting and carrying for duration of shift. Ability to work with various cleaning tools and equipment.
