Job Description:

Work directly with the Department Manager to achieve department productivity and goals Accurate and efficient processing of bankruptcies, garnishments, subpoenas, deceased customer claims and other legal related documents Other duties as assigned Operations Specialist only: May also be required to train & mentor new department employees Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FCBI is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 18 years of age Banking or legal experience preferred Knowledge of bankruptcy, garnishment, and/or subpoena legal requirements preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized Good communication skills Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
