Dynamic Systems, Inc., a leader in delivering innovative IT solutions for complex projects in both public and private sectors, is seeking a highly skilled Subcontracts Administrator. This role is instrumental in managing and optimizing subcontractor relationships to ensure seamless project execution aligned with our infrastructure, security, and data center initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of subcontract management, from selection through contract execution and compliance, aligning with our strategic goals and quality standards. Review, negotiate, and execute subcontracts to align with project requirements and company policies. Manage subcontractor performance for compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Act as the primary contact point for subcontractors and ensure clear communication regarding expectations and obligations. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to assess project needs and subcontractor performance. Implement risk management strategies for subcontracting procedures and ensure that subcontractors meet legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports on the subcontracting process, including audits, modifications, and approvals. Analyze and evaluate subcontractor proposals and performance to support strong procurement decisions. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Proficient in contract law and regulations Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Skilled in using project and contract management software Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
