As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the flow of inventory and ensuring that products are prepared and shipped efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unload incoming shipments of products, checking them for accuracy and damage. Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring easy access and inventory accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to customers in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movements. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products safely. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist with regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match physical inventory. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily and weekly warehouse goals. Ensure that all shipments are correctly labeled and have proper documentation before leaving the warehouse. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors. Basic math skills to assist with inventory control and stock movement. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (training may be provided). Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
