You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support operations with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report information to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and shipping and receiving areas, verify credentials as required, and help to maintain orderly vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow. Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
