Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully,
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
school diploma or GED and 5+ years experience OR
Associates degree in a directly related field and 2+years
Bachelor's degree in a non-directly related field and 2+years
degree in a directly related field and 1+years experience OR
degree in a non-directly related field and 1+ years' experience
degree in a directly related field and 0+ years' experience
education and/or experience must be in an IT discipline related to
the assigned program area (e.g., Network Engineering, Network
Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer or
Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Computer
ATC: Computing Environment, Security+ (or
equivalent DOD Directive 8570.1 IAT II) is required.
Background check required.May require ability to obtain and
maintain a top secret clearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
experience is required in deploying IT hardware, like desktop
computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, and printers.
experience is required in configuring IT hardware to resolve
problems and installing/configuring operating system images and
specialty software on customer devices.
experience with using Trouble Ticket automated software; performing
backup and restore of software and data on client compute devices;
trouble shooting and resolving client network and wireless
