Working as a Functional Support Analyst, you will coordinate
activities between internal Product Marketing, Channel Marketing
and Customer Transformation teams to act as a liaison between the
business client and sales organization. You will be expected to
leverage your technical & functional expertise to track activities
and resolve issues to support migrating current customers off of
legacy products being retired to more current offerings. Must be a
self-starter, be able to work cross-functionally to solve problems,
able to communicate well and ask for information across
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate and report on customer migration schedule, milestone,
percent complete and critical path items
Determine operational needs by studying business functions;
gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats;
constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems;
publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.

Relevant Business Analyst experience
1-3+ years of management consulting, advisory or professional
services consulting experience
Gathering business requirements, gap analysis, process flows, road
mapping, solution design

The rate range for this position is $45-50/hr. **Disclaimer: In
accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective
January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be
posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the
state of Colorado. Therefore, this good faith salary range will
only apply where this described position will be performed in the
state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other
locations or for other positions.
