Position Description:

We are looking for a high energy and enthusiastic VP of Strategic Partnerships to take ownership of our client relationships. This person will be hyper responsive to clients via phone, email and meetings to discuss their needs and offer solutions. The VP of Strategic Partnerships will educate clients on our services and solve problems in order to successfully close deals while always providing superior client experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate will operate as an individual contributor and have experience developing relationships and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Continually identify, build and develop new client business with strategic targets in key market segments.

  • Maintain sales pipeline management with contact/opportunity/lead lists in CRM database.

  • Manage several meetings per week with clients and deliver results from these meetings.

  • Know and understand the needs of key accounts within assigned territory.

  • Collaborate and problem solve with sales support departments to maximize sales team potential.

  • Keep accurate records of prospect data in our CRM by updating client information and sending. notes to sales assistants.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to networking conferences that will require occasional overnight stays.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay abreast of industry developments.

  • Assist senior management in development and updating of regional business plan.

  • Ad Hoc projects as needed.



Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a field related to legal, personal injury or healthcare.

  • Minimum five years in business development or sales in the legal or related business industries.

  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite and willingness to learn/use mobile and web based sales and project management applications.
