An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for Addteq Products. The person must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and help close sales

  • Generate leads and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Attracting relevant stakeholders for workshops, engineer customer in group format, help create basis for customer business case
  • Understand clients needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and gain interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction, and issues that need to be flagged for follow up
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and generate leads
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects, if required
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to more successfully advertise products
  • Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and other business-related topics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in inside sales-IT Product (or mix of mid-market and enterprise)
  • 2+ years experience in DevOps and Agile marketplace is a plus!
  • Experience in generating leads in IT Product Sales for BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma Industries
  • Worked into Fortune 500 companies
  • Has met/exceeded own direct lead generation goals
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Confluence, and Hubspot
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
