Our Regional SalesDirectorwill hire, train, motivate, and execute a go-to-market expansion strategyin a Region that spans from Texas to the Midwest.Inaddition, our most successfulDirector level leadersunderstand the importance ofsound planning, accountability, andearnedcredibility throughconsistent performance.This Director Role will have access to anddirectlypartner with members of the Senior Executive Team, and report directly to theVP- Head of Corporate Sales.



Compensation/Benefits:

?$120k+base salarybased on candidate experience

?$60k+ commissions

?Annualcompensation increases, based on performance

?Execution ofbudgetedRegional Sales Plan

?Continuedexpansion of Brinks Homesalesfootprint

?Integration ofdigitalselling andenablementtools (CRM, Commission Systems)

?Strategicplanning,relating tomarketsharegrowth

?KPI Planning, Implementation, and Inspection Routines

?Interview, hire,train, mentor, andmanage District Level Sales Leadersand Agents

?Provideeffectivecoaching forperformanceleadership anddevelopment

?Crossfunctionalcollaboration andplanning with Senior Leadership Team


Requirements:

?Must reside in Central Regiongeography (Texas Preferred)

?5+ years of proven team management background with emphasis on market strategies and growth.

?5+years of sales experience,residential home securitypreferred.

?Ability tocommunicatethe strategicplan tothe Brinks HomeExecutive Team

?Demonstrated knowledge of solutions/consultative selling skillsinhighvolumeindustry

?Ability to work in a fast-paced,rapid growth environment

?Ability to work well with internal and external customers

?Position involvessupportforstandardsaleshours,includingevenings and some Saturdays

?Occasional travel required
