Solutions Architect
Austin, Texas and Miami, Florida (Remote position)

As Solutions Architect you will lead design efforts that support the use cases of our client?s customers on a variety of projects, in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Working in tandem with the Business Analyst, you will capture all details that are required by the different development teams to successfully deliver the required solution. You will also represent the company in technical discussions with third-party vendors. Working closely with product owners, business analysts, product architects, user interface designers and software engineers throughout the process, it will, ultimately, be your responsibility to ensure the developed solutions address the needs of the customer.

To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and be experienced with end-to-end systems and solution design. A thorough understanding of Linux, the process of developing software for embedded devices, RESTful Web Services and databases, and redundancy and security concepts is essential. Familiarity with broadcasts systems and content and metadata distribution is a distinct advantage. You?ll also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work independently and collaboratively. You must be skilled at communicating design rationale and building consensus, and be able to prioritize and manage work to meet critical project timelines.
