Account Services Specialist

Austin, TX (4 days in office, remote Fridays)

Full-Time - Entry-Level - $50,000 Salary

We're working with a top-tier financial services firm in Austin, TX, seeking a detail-oriented Account Services Specialist to join their growing operations team. This is a true entry-level opportunity with a clear path for advancement into a Concierge-level role.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Enter and maintain account data for existing and transitioning financial firms
  
• Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  
• Partner with custodians, cashiering, trading, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing
  
• Initiate transfers, rollovers, account updates, closures, and corrections
  
• Communicate directly with advisors and staff to resolve documentation issues
  
• Gain hands-on experience with account management software and compliance protocols
