Shop Supply Lead - Relocate to Kuwait

Responsible to the Production,
Plans & Control Supervisor for the shop supply section located under the
Field Maintenance Support Department. Ensures that systems are in place and
following the required guidance founded in current supply documents such as
AR's, DA-PAM's, Supply Updates and numerous others. Conducts spot checks on
functional areas of the MCS, 10
Inventory Programs and Property Accountability
processes. Make contact with internal and external customers to resolve issues
encountered with supply and materials. Maintains assigned GFE to support
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES
Assists Production, Plans &
Control Supervisor in planning and coordinating area workloads to optimize use
of resources to include personnel, equipment, tools and facilities.
Establishes programs to meet
normal mission and contingency mission requirements as required.
Prepares, analyzes and briefs
reports as requires. Recommends solutions to problems.
Indicated by analysis of trends,
indicators, potential problems or those identified by Management and/or the
Ensures all required reports are
submitted accurately and on-time.
Responsible for the efficient use
and monitoring of SAMS-1E at Supply.
Provides management direction and
oversight to include overseeing day to day supply operations. This may include
but is not limited to storage, inventories, and preparation of all supporting

other sections to accomplish all required tasking or inventories.
Monitors work performance of the
employees to ensure they are in compliance with the PWS and all Army
regulations pertaining to their assigned tasking.
Ensure that all employees are always in compliance with all
established Safety Policies and Regulations.
Ensures safeguarding of all Army Property and Equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT

Work is generally conducted in a shop environment. However,
duties may involve the conduct of work in the out-of-doors area with a
potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions.
Work may require
heavy lifting up, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting,
and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to
physical, chemical or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective
equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes but is not
limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective
devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for
one year of education, if degree is required.
High School graduate.
Three (3) years of specialized
experience in supply operations. Have served in positions of increasing
responsibility encompassing program planning and supervisory experience.

ranking military officers.
Ability to handle confidential company and employee
information with complete discretion.
Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets reports
