Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Killeen, TX
Shift: M-F: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $65k-$75k
Benefits:

Position Description: Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and leading the maintenance team. This individual will oversee and perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, painting, machine servicing, electrical or vehicle servicing with minimal supervision. Primary job functions typically require exercising independent judgment.

Responsibilities:
--- Ensures that all maintenance activities in the facility are appropriately carried out.
--- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted.
--- Accomplish human resource objectives by training, scheduling, and counseling employees.
--- Performs a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
--- Improves functionality of facility and associated equipment by studying performance results.
--- Provides technical guidance/direction to other maintenance personnel.
--- Responsible for communicating with the Technical Manager of any unusual occurrences.
--- Establishes and implements predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling systems.
--- Maintain monthly inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems as needed.
--- Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
--- Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

Qualifications and Requirements:
--- Associate Degree in preferred technical field or equivalent is required (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering)
--- Requires 3+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor
--- Experience in Chemical Manufacturing industry required.
--- Prolonged periods standing/walking and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending.
--- Must be able to work at heights, walk on high elevation grating, and work around loud industrial equipment.
--- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time and outdoors with reasonable accommodations.
--- Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machinery.
