• Degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprintsFunctions of Estimator Position:
  • Preparing and Analyzing construction costs--
  • Assisting in negotiation
  • Provide strong leadership on assigned projects
  • Schedule work, prepare bids, and change pricing if necessary--
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all subcontractors and vendors
  • Resolve issues in a cost effective wayEstimator--Compensation:
