The Financial Analyst - FP&A will play a key role in supporting financial forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the company's core financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows), partnering closely with the FP&A Manager and SVP of Corporate Finance, and collaborating across departments to drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain company financial statements
  
  
• 
  Perform forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  
  
• 
  Build financial models and dashboards from scratch
  
  
• 
  Partner with accounting to ensure data accuracy and alignment
  
  
• 
  Analyze past financial results to identify trends and provide insights
  
  
• 
  Work with Business Technology to develop tools, reports, and dashboards
  
  
• 
  Deliver ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects and senior leadership
  
  
• 
  Support ongoing process improvements and data automation
  
  
• 
  Present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
  
  
  
  
  Required Skills & Experience
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Advanced Excel skills - must be capable of building complex models from scratch (no templates)
    
    
  • 
    Strong understanding and application of INDEX + MATCH functions
    
    
  • 
    Proven ability to develop dynamic dashboards and custom reporting tools
    
    
  • 
    Experience in forecasting revenue, costs, and key operational metrics
    
    
  • 
    Skilled in variance analysis and financial performance reporting
    
    
  • 
    Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside Accounting and IT/Business Tech teams
    
    
  • 
    Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
    
    
  • 
    Self-starter comfortable working with minimal direction
